They were punctual and did a very professional job. Anything they dug up, they filled. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they had the best price. Our 18-year-old hot water system failed unexpectedly just before we went overseas. Even though it was late at night, Sam responded straight away, talked me through what to check, and arranged to come out the very next morning.

Leak detection devices address that gap. The simplest are battery powered sensors placed where water would appear first: under a sink, beside a hot water unit, behind a washing machine, in a laundry. They alarm when they get wet. They cost little and they solve the specific problem of a slow leak running unnoticed in a cupboard.
