They were punctual and did a very professional job. Anything they dug up, they filled. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they had the best price. Our 18-year-old hot water system failed unexpectedly just before we went overseas. Even though it was late at night, Sam responded straight away, talked me through what to check, and arranged to come out the very next morning.

A storage system holds a fixed volume and takes time to reheat once it is used. If a household regularly runs out, either the tank is too small for the pattern of use or the recovery rate is too slow for how quickly demand repeats.
