The items that come up most often are minor and visible. Dripping taps suggest deferred maintenance even though the repair is small. A running toilet does the same and wastes water in the meantime. Slow drains invite the question of whether there is a larger drainage problem. Water marks under a sink or around a hot water unit raise questions about leaks that may or may not be current.
We Do It All!
For a burst pipe or a serious leak, turn the water off at the mains tap before you call. If water is anywhere near power points, the switchboard or light fittings, stay clear and treat it as an electrical hazard. Do not enter standing water in a room with live power.
