I had two jobs done. 1) fix a burst water pipe. 2) install water pressure valve as my water pressure was too high. They were punctual and did a very professional job. Anything they dug up, they filled. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they had the best price. I compared the quotes to other experiences online and they were very competitive and inline with other similar jobs across Australia.

No complaints.

Had an outstanding experience with the team! Sam the plumber came out to assess our sewer issue and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and kept us updated the whole time. Sam from Rapid Service Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Our 18-year-old hot water system failed unexpectedly just before we went overseas. Even though it was late at night, Sam responded straight away, talked me through what to check, and arranged to come out the very next morning.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained why the old unit wasn't worth repairing, and recommended a Thermann continuous flow system. The installation was neat and professional, everything was tested and commissioned properly, and the work area was left spotless. He also took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all my questions without rushing.

What really stood out was Sam's honesty, communication and reliability. There were no surprises, the pricing was transparent, and he genuinely cared about getting us back up and running with hot water as quickly as possible.
