Drainage is the first question. A new fixture needs to reach the existing drainage at an adequate fall, and that depends entirely on where the existing line runs and at what depth. A location that suits the floor plan may be difficult to drain, and that is worth establishing before the layout is settled.
We Do It All!
For a burst pipe or a serious leak, turn the water off at the mains tap before you call. If water is anywhere near power points, the switchboard or light fittings, stay clear and treat it as an electrical hazard. Do not enter standing water in a room with live power.
