Today Addison came in explained exactly the ROOT problem was the grinder and pump was not functional .He also inserted the camera to advise that the pipes all were relatively clear .
I must compliment Addison for he polite ..kind and courteous demeanor in doing all the diagnostic and also calling the contractor ( as my building is only abt a year old )
Hopefully the company which installed it will re imburse me the costs .

They were punctual and did a very professional job. Anything they dug up, they filled. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they had the best price. Our 18-year-old hot water system failed unexpectedly just before we went overseas.
