Our outdoor shower drains slowly and smells in summer. Why?

Does pool paving rule out fixing the sewer underneath?

The camera inspection first tells us the pipe is sound enough to hold a liner. Digging through paving is the last resort, reserved for collapsed sections, and even then we open the smallest area possible.
Why has our water pressure slowly dropped over twenty years?
