Surface water flowing naturally downhill is generally something each owner manages on their own land, but concentrated flow, from a redirected downpipe for instance, is a different matter. Practically, the fastest fix is usually on your side: a grated channel drain or kerbing that intercepts the flow and sends it to your stormwater system. We can assess where the water originates, fix what is yours, and document anything that is not.
