The two big constraints in a Naremburn semi are the party wall and where your existing sewer line runs. New drainage needs fall toward the connection point, which limits where a bathroom can economically go. Get us in at the design stage: we will confirm the drainage path, quote the rough-in as a fixed price, and schedule fit-off around your builder so trades are not waiting on each other.

Almost always. Cottage kitchens predate dishwashers, so we run a new water supply with its own stop tap and a proper drainage connection, rather than the shortcut splices that cause floods later. If your kitchen cupboards are being replaced anyway, tell us early and we will rough the connections into the right cavity while access is easy.

An overflowing gully during rain usually means the sewer line downstream is partly blocked, so stormwater entering the system has nowhere to go and backs up at the lowest opening, which is your gully. It is actually a useful early warning. Jetting clears the blockage, and a camera check shows whether tree roots from the gully reserve have damaged the pipe enough to justify relining.
