A small suburb we service properly
Being compact has advantages: the housing stock is consistent, so the plumbing problems are too, and we have seen most of them before.
Pressure that eats fittings: Homes on the Point's higher streets often carry mains pressure well above what tapware and appliances are designed for. The symptoms are burst flexible hoses, hammering pipes, short-lived mixers and hot water relief valves that dribble constantly. A pressure-reducing valve at the meter settles the whole house, and it is one of the most cost-effective jobs we do here. When a pipe or hose has already burst, the emergency line answers 24/7.
First-generation bathrooms coming due: A 1980s ensuite has usually had four decades of service, and renewing it is as much a plumbing project as a tiling one. We handle the strip-out disconnections, relocate or replace the in-wall pipework while everything is open, and fit off the new fixtures. Fixed rough-in and fit-off pricing means the plumbing line in your renovation spreadsheet does not move.
Pools, barbecues and outside taps: Entertaining areas are standard equipment in Alfords Point. We run gas to barbecues via proper bayonet points through our licensed gas fitters, plumb outdoor sinks and poolside showers, and repair the garden and pool-area lines that time or landscaping has damaged.
Hot water and drains: We replace and repair hot water systems, including gas units, sized for real households. Blocked drains get jetted, inspected by camera and, where cracked, repaired with no-dig relining that leaves lawns and driveways alone.
