Exceptional service from Anthony and Sam at Rapid Service Plumbing! They arrived and provided an urgent quote within an hour of my call. Their promptness saved me from being overcharged $2,000 for a simple hot water system installation by another company. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, genuine nature, and responsiveness. They will be my first call for any plumbing needs from now on. Thanks, Sam and Anthony!

Had my sewer blocked about 5 times in the past year ..Really tired of plumbers coming and jet cleaning. Today Addison came in explained exactly the ROOT problem was the grinder and pump was not functional .He also inserted the camera to advise that the pipes all were relatively clear .
I must compliment Addison for he polite ..kind and courteous demeanor in doing all the diagnostic and also calling the contractor ( as my building is only abt a year old )
Hopefully the company which installed it will re imburse me the costs .
Thank you Addison..thank you Rapid Plumbing Services for yor great honesty and transparency.
PS ...Addison did not even ask for a cent ...as yet..hope that he gets the go ahead to do the work

I had two jobs done. 1) fix a burst water pipe. 2) install water pressure valve as my water pressure was too high. They were punctual and did a very professional job. Anything they dug up, they filled. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they had the best price. I compared the quotes to other experiences online and they were very competitive and inline with other similar jobs across Australia.

No complaints.

Highly recommend!

Fantastic service!
Had a persistent leak in my shower, and Sam from Rapid Service Plumbing took care of it without any hassle. Arrived within 10 minutes of me calling him, explained what needed to be done, and left everything spotless when finished. It’s a huge relief to have it fixed properly. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for any future plumbing needs! Thanks, Sam

Had an outstanding experience with the team! Sam the plumber came out to assess our sewer issue and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and kept us updated the whole time. A massive shoutout as well to Matt and Huss, the guys on the digger—they did an incredible job with the excavation, worked efficiently, and left the yard super tidy afterward. Polite, professional, and hardworking team. Highly recommend Sam, Matt, Huss, and the team at Rapid Service Plumbing to anyone needing major plumbing work done!

Sam from Rapid Service Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Our 18-year-old hot water system failed unexpectedly just before we went overseas. Even though it was late at night, Sam responded straight away, talked me through what to check, and arranged to come out the very next morning.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained why the old unit wasn't worth repairing, and recommended a Thermann continuous flow system. The installation was neat and professional, everything was tested and commissioned properly, and the work area was left spotless. He also took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all my questions without rushing.

What really stood out was Sam's honesty, communication and reliability. There were no surprises, the pricing was transparent, and he genuinely cared about getting us back up and running with hot water as quickly as possible.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and Rapid Service Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Thomas came out Saturday afternoon. I'm sure he thought it would be a simple job but stayed back and finished up, even after a few hiccups. Made sure that we weren't without hotwater for the weekend.
